DW Speed and Agility Programme – 2026 EOI
We are taking Expressions of Interest for our 2026 Speed and Agility Programme. If you are interested in this programme, please provide your details and we will get back to you with possibly start dates. PLEASE NOTE: placing an EOI is not a commitment to attending this programme, it is merely an indication that you may be interested.
Our DW Speed and Agility programme is designed for any athletes aiming to improve their acceleration, speed, and agility, enhancing performance in their chosen sport.
Key Learning Outcomes:
- Master the fundamentals of acceleration and max velocity mechanics for peak speed performance.
- Learn sports-specific agility drills tailored to enhance agility and change of direction.
- Incorporate proper warm-up and cool-down routines to optimize performance and prevent injury.
- Join us to gain the competitive edge and dominate your game with improved speed and agility!
Start Date: January 2026 (TBC)
- 2 x 60min training sessions each week (1 x weekday and 1 x weekend)
- 1 x Weights programme (designed to help increase strength and power).
- Stretching and Mobility programme
- Testing at the start and end of the programme

7 Weeks Total
Week 1: Testing (Speed & Agility)
Week 2-6: Speed & Agility Training Sessions
Week 7: Re-Test (Speed & Agility)
Training Times:
Session 1: Tuesday 6.15pm
Session 2: Saturday 9.30am
*last year’s venues were Burnside high school, Burnside park, and Nunweek park.
