Our DW Fitness programme focuses on improving your Aerobic and Anaerobic Fitness, sessions are tailored to your testing results and gradually get harder week by week. This is our hardest programme and is recommended for people with a decent fitness base and are serious about training hard.
Age 16+
- 2 x 60min training sessions each week (1 x weekday, and 1 x weekend)
- Gym programme
- Running programme
- Stretching and Mobility Programme

Week 1: Testing Week
Week 2-4: Aerobic Training Sessions
Week 5-7: Aerobic and Anaerobic Training Sessions
Week 8: Re-Test
Training Times:
Session 1: Tuesday 6:15 - 7.15 pm, Wednesday 6.15pm - 7.15pm
Session 2: Saturday 9.30-10.30am, Sunday 9.30-10.30am
